Tiffany Obser has worked on building entrepreneurship ecosystems, monitored projects in technology and design throughout the Middle East, Asia, North Africa, Europe and the Americas. Has developed urban innovation strategies for a tabula rasa city in Saudi Arabia, worked with tech startups and acquired partnerships across two dozen countries. Having worked in urban design, research, and development capacities at OMA, Henning Larsen, and Rotor, Tiffany focused on implications of new technologies and big data in a quickly urbanizing world and became a Regional Manager with Seedstars, mentoring over 200 startups and consulting a variety of governments and institutions in MENA and CEE.

Cornelius studied economics and philosophy in Bayreuth, Seoul and Berkeley, wrote his thesis on personalization filters in social media. Specialized software engineer, with a background of Cosmology- Theoretical Physics and a Doctorate in Philosophy. Owns expertise in programming languages, as well as production of structured platform test data, analysis data and software development as whole. Has worked with big clients as Nvidia, Quallcomm, SanDisk, and STMicroelectronics. Is now fully involved in designing and the construction of PUBLIQ’s unique blockchain infrastructure.
Dr. Armen Kocharyan
Having theoretical background in mathematics (Ph.D.) basically was focused on parallel algorithms and pattern matching problems. Armen has spent significant time working on theoretical and practical research projects (IIAP of NAS RA, INSA de Rennes FR). As an experienced developer last years was focused on architecture design, development and support scalable, high loaded enterprise applications for B2B and B2C businesses in gaming and medical industry.

Mane has worked on building marketing campaigns and developing products for multinational companies from the USA, Japan and Germany. She holds a Master’s degree from CUAS, Cologne, Germany and UWW, Wisconsin, the USA. Her curiosity towards innovative technologies and their disruption in various industries brought her to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. Mane is also actively involved in voluntary activities and was an AEGEE-Yerevan member for nearly 5 years.
Jemma graduated from the Slavonic University of Armenia, receiving a professional degree of a Linguist. However, the new technologies and blockchain took over and she started diving deep into the topic. Has 3 years' working experience in marketing. Creative front-end developer specialized in translating rich interfaces into interactive web experiences using cutting edge technology and techniques, such as AMP. Alexandria got her BA in International Economic Relations at ASUE. Throughout her academic experience she has been involved as a volunteer in various international and national organizations such as AIESEC, YMCA, TEDx. In the past years she's grown up as a front-end developer building design and usability-oriented projects creating the best user engagement.

In 2011, he was named the Media Manager of Russia in the Printed Media / Magazines category. Arman Jilavian graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State Universtiy with a PhD in philology. He has held various positions in Russia’s leading media groups (Nezavisimaya Gazeta, Eurasian Media Group) and managed the Time Inc.’s business in Russia (FORTUNE and Popular Science magazines).
Emma is a management consulting executive, author, speaker, entrepreneur, philanthropist, coach and professor. Emma brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership across business strategy, IT Architecture & Transformation, M&A, governance and compliance credentialed by global professional services and technology companies EY (Ernst & Young) , Accenture. Emma has first-hand experience in business transformation and technology solutions implementation for Fortune 500 companies. She is currently driving emerging technologies and innovation by accelerating startups and entrepreneurs go to market strategies and execution. Emma is the CEO and Co-Founder for Orion Worldwide Innovations, LLC offering IP Management & Acquisition solutions to the innovators and investors market globally. Emma operates her multimedia company Open Mind Productions, LLC. She is an adjunct professor at New York University and is also a mentor at the Singularity University.
Edwin Tham is a corporate lawyer based in Moscow with over 20 years’ experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, and finance transactions, in the Russian and CIS market. He was managing partner of the Moscow office of Allen & Overy from 2011 until 2014. He is currently senior counsel at Danilov & Konradi. He has been ranked as a leading corporate and M&A lawyer in Russia by publications such as The Legal 500, Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and Kommersant. Edwin has advised on deals in the oil and gas, financial and private equity sectors. He is qualified as an English solicitor, Singaporean advocate and solicitor, and New York attorney.
Adam A. Kablanian
Adam is an acclaimed Silicon Valley executive and investor in several next-generation ventures and technologies such as chip design (NASDAQ (VIRL.)), organic thin-films development (acquired by AIXTRON SE (FSE: AIX; NASDAQ: AIXG)), memory IP solutions (acquired by CISCO), next-generation neural interface technology (Paradromics, state backed venture that he currently manages as the Chairman). Adam has served on numerous boards in the EDA Industry (Sequence Design) and Application SW (IconApps) companies. Currently he serves on the board of Silicon Cloud International. Pierre currently serves as Executive Chairman of Tagit Pte Ltd, Asia’s leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions for the financial services sector, and actively invests in and advises promising startups in the clean-tech and medical devices sectors, including Visenti (smart water grid), Sentec (diabetes) and Glissade Dental (3D dental imaging). During the print to a web conversion he became an OpenSource evangelist, with focus on the Drupal CMS. He was in the organizing team of the biggest European Drupal event in 2018 for its publishing + media track. He believes that Publishers need to join forces and share technology in collaborative environments to not let players like Google, Facebook and Twitter shape the publishing landscape.
Mariam has a Philosophy & Economics background and is a digitalization advocate. She has worked and consulted in the field of digital education and digitalisation strategies within the German Higher Education system and developed and implemented online learning environments of different kinds. Currently she is working for a German governmental organisation on the private sector development in Armenia, especially focusing on SMEs in the area of innovation, High-Tech and IT.
Although still in the nascent stages of his career, Mikayel has already had several stints in consulting firms with clients in Pharma, Healthcare, Insurance and Banking, mostly focusing on data-driven solutions. He currently works at the leading Canadian power sports e-commerce company as a data manager, acting as an intermediary between the Order Management, Catalog and Software Development teams. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Information Systems from McGill University, as well as a certificate from Harvard Univetsity's HBX program on disruption.
